Hi! I’m Julia and I’m a registered nurse, licensed in both Ontario and Quebec, with 20+ years of combined experience working in critical care (intensive care, reproductive health, neonatology), patient education, counseling, and wellness programming for a wide variety of people and concerns.

In addition to trauma-training that I have completed at McGill University, the Canadian Trauma-Informed Practice Institute, Imagine Institute, and Mental Health Commission of Canada, my professional training includes a Bachelors in Psychology (specializations: neuropsychology, developmental psychology and child psychology), a Masters of Applied Science in Nursing, and a certification in Holistic Nurse Coaching and Consultancy. I am also completing an internationally-recognized and accredited Breathwork Facilitator training and incorporate this modality in my offerings to clients.

I work with adults who are challenged by depression, stress, anxiety, and/or trauma; those who are struggling with relationships, poor self-confidence/self-esteem, addiction/substance use recovery, burnout, loss and/or grief, or adjusting to major life transitions (e.g., divorce, career, parenthood, retirement). I support individuals with acute or chronic conditions, new diagnoses or undergoing treatment, as well as nurses or other health care professionals who are struggling with work-life integration, trauma, and stress.

I believe in a strengths-based and collaborative approach to counseling that explores practical solutions towards change in a respectful, confidential and safe space through a holistic nursing lens. Whether you seek support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma or personal growth, I am here to walk this journey with you. Together, we’ll craft a personalized care plan that resonates with your heart and needs.

Hi! I’m Crystal, your Women’s Hormone Practitioner and Fat Loss Specialist!

My journey to holistic healing is unique to me but similar to a lot of women in so many ways. Being a Type A woman who prides herself in getting everything done and being the go to gal foreveryone, I found myself exhausted, depleted, stressed out and burnt out! Oh and I had the thyroid labs to prove it too. I also suffered from painful periods, lots of mood swings and my body held onto stubborn weight, which I later found out were attributed to my hormonal imbalances.

I soon realized that my constant need to please other people and my inability to put myself first was costing me my health and my joy and I had to do something about it. This is when I decided to enroll in Nutrition school and the rest is history. Since completing my program and obtaining my CNP designation, I went on to become certified in Hair Testing (HTMA) which identifies mineral levels at a cellular level and can explain why you feel run down and exhausted all the time, as well as Dried Urine Hormone Testing (DUTCH) that gives us the answers as to why you have debilitating period cramps, and why your body cannot release weight.

My whole body approach combines mindfulness, nutrition, movement and nervous system regulation to target the root cause for your hormonal imbalances. When we work together I build out a custom roadmap that is easy for you to follow so that you feel confident in the changes that you are making and in your body, and I support you every step of the way.

If you have been to other practitioners who tell you that everything looks normal, your bloodwork is fine and everything is within range, but you still don’t feel good in your body, it’s time to dig a little deeper because believe me it’s not all in your head and healing will happen with the right support. It is my mission to take you from surviving to thriving so let’s go!

I’m Krisie, a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Mississauga, where I earned my designation as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. I am also a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP).

I work with individuals to help them get to the root cause of their digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, stress related issues and much more using a holistic approach and tools to help along their healing journey. I believe each individual is unique and there is no “one size fits all” neither is there any one diet that is ideal for everyone. Therefore, my focus is creating a plan that is personalized to help clients with their issues so that they can reach their health goals.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, with the service and program I offer, I focus on the whole body approach where I educate and empower individuals to not only take control of their own health but also to build a foundation of healing and restoration. I also provide support throughout my program. The journey is so worth it and the results are lasting.

Investing in your mental health and well-being is such an important factor in your life’s journey. I know that the concept of “therapy” can be intimidating, but I am here to provide you with a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space that will allow you to feel supported and empowered.

My practice is strength-based and trauma-informed. I believe it is extremely important to recognize the interaction and impact between one’s mind, body, and external environment.

Everybody comes with a past and present self that helped shape who we once were, who we are, and who we want to become. I do not believe that therapy should be a “one size fits all” approach, therefore I tailor sessions to accommodate my client’s unique strengths and needs. I encourage open and honest dialogue throughout the therapeutic process to allow for a client-centered and collaborative approach.

You are the expert in your own life, I am here to utilize my personal and extensive professional experience and education to support, process, guide, and gently push you along the way.

Oftentimes clients are looking for guidance, a sense of calm, a feeling of relief, a place to feel validated and heard. Other clients have specific, targeted goals that they would like to work on through therapy. Whatever the reason, I will work with you every step of the way.

Some areas of focus include: - Anxiety - Depression - Trauma and PTSD - Stress - Grief and Loss - Life changes and transitions - Self-harm and suicidal ideation - Teen population - Adult population
